The hotel rooms are pretty spacious and have all the modern amenities you could need; they had everything we needed, were much larger than any that we have stayed at, and were really clean & comfortable. The location is great with clean and spacious rooms, very well kept, clean, and in a great location to access shops and activities downtown Gatlinburg. The dining experience was the best I've had at any Holiday Inn Express or any other hotel that offers free breakfast. The only downside was that dining ended at 9:30, which is a little early for late sleepers like us.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not very clean and some amenities were not fully functional, but they were nicely decorated. The breakfast was extremely basic and overpriced, making me question the value for money. On the positive side, the location was excellent for a family trip, and the facilities were good overall.
